Order Processing Times

Our orders are processed in 1-2 business days. During seasonal times order processing can take up to 5 business days. We appreciate your patience while we prepare your order. 

Shipping Times

We ship from our warehouses located in the United States. We currently ship to both the United States and Canada with plans to expand in the near term. If you are needing shipping outside the United States and Canada, please contact us via chat or email us at : thezazzyzone@gmail.com to make shipping arrangements.

• Orders shipping in the United States should arrive within 3-5 business days.
• Orders shipping to Canada should arrive within 7-10 business days.

Shipping Costs

• Orders shipped to an address in the United States have free shipping.
• Orders shipped to an address outside the United States are offered FedEX shipping rates which are calculated at checkout based on the total weight of products in the order.

Shipping Tracking 

We provide tracking information on all orders. If your order does not arrive by the estimated due date, please wait 48 hours before contacting us directly via chat or email at: thezazzyzone@gmail.com. We will do our best to locate the package. Should your order arrive damaged, please take photos and contact us immediately via email at: thezazzyzone@gmail.com. Should your order be identified as lost with the shipping carrier, we will process a refund no later than 7-10 business days after verification receipt from the shipper.
